RealD files $200M IPO
RealD is a licensor of stereoscopic, or 3D, technologies. The company's intellectual property portfolio enables a premium 3D viewing experience in the theater, the home and elsewhere. Primary competitors include Dolby (DLB), Xpand, MasterImage, and IMAX (IMAX). Proposed symbol is RLD.
